Thomas Amber

Director of Marketing for the Bureau/spirit of Hastur 
Starting off as a simple news broadcaster Thomas Amber would quickly gain notoriety and with it the attention of the Bureau. During his time in the Bureau Thomas would cover any sort of paranormal sightings in order to prevent the public from being aware of supernatural phenomena such as remnants of past games known as Objects of Power. As time went on he started to question if what he was doing was ethical and if people should know the truth. Still, he eventually submitted to the Bureau's mission believing that the vast reality of what the world really was would drive ordinary people mad. Then once the game begin and the Director became the avatar of Cthulu, Thomas found his people morphing and twisting until they resemble TV static more than they did skin. Soon he lost his identity and became the spirit of Hastur. Now he exists as a phantom that haunts the Bureau using twisted variations of TV shows.
