Zagreus

THE DETERMINED DEATH
Reaper Art: Embers of Rebirth. Whenever Zagreus dies his determination will send his soul back to the House of Hades where it will rebuild itself. 
Born to Lord Hades/ Pluto and Persephone, Zagerus was always a rebellious child growing up in the underworld. For some reason, his mother Persephone was never present during Zagreus's childhood. When he asked his Father about her he would always get mad at Zagerus and refuse to give him any information. Ever determined Zagreus ventured out into the surface world to find his mother. To this extent, he joined Luke's rebellion against Nero.
Due to being born in the underworld, Zagreus is sent back to the house of Hades whenever he is killed or knocked out.
After a fight with his father, Zagreus was finally told the location of his mother. Upon meeting her he found that she was unaware that Zagreus was alive. After meeting his mother, Zagreus's body died on him and he was sent back to the house of Hades. After this encounter, Zagreus spoke to his father who revealed to him that Zagreus was a still-born child. In her grief, her mother needed to leave the underworld for a brief time. During this Hades grew desperate and thus sought the grand reaper who offered the lord of the underworld a deal. He would revive Hades's son and make it so that whenever he dies he is sent back to Hades's home but in exchange, the boy was destined to die permanently should his mother ever return home to her child. Because of this Hades had to break his wife's heart by telling her she was forbidden from ever returning to the underworld and did not tell her that her child was still alive. Upon hearing the tale of his rebirth Zagreus asked his father if there is any way to break this curse. To this extent, they sought the Grand Reaper who stated he would consider if Zagreus became the 13th reaper.
