Problem solver, organizer, someone who knows how to lead but cannot do it himself. All these things have been said about Cvetovak, and for the most part they hold truth. He was the XO for the previous Voivodno, and kept his position rather than stepping up to full command. An extremely important man for the regiment, who picks up every problem that falls through the cracks without complaint.
