Anthony Bertram
One of Zenxon's most famous playwrights, Anthony is the namesake of the Bertram Opera House in his native Queensville. Born in Seagate in 1848, Bertram moved to Queensville as an adult in order to pursue his interest in the stage. While he is most famous for his play, Igare, Bertram completed seventeen full-length plays, as well as numerous one-acts before his death in 1909, due to complications from diabetes. The opera house usually has a weekend festival celebrating Bertram and his plays each year.
