Zenxon's Most Famous Cemetery

Cedar Grove Cemetery is an overgrown cemetery in Stonewall, which is now considered a historical location. It was built to provide a better resting place for the dead, as local graveyards were becoming too small. Later, a smaller section was added on the east side of the cemetery, divided by a low wall, where people of mixed race were buried. It is one of the grassiest places in Stonewall, and for decades, the cemetery was well kept, but after several mysterious deaths near the location, superstitious locals worried that it was cursed, or worse, haunted, and stopped tending to it. Since that time, the cemetery has become overgrown. Though people are no longer buried there, it is now a location for tours, as many historical figures can be found in the cemetery, including Airrin Underwood, whose bones were re-interred at the cemetery when coastal flooding threatened the graveyard in which he was originally buried. It has also been visited by ghost hunters seeking to make a name for themselves.

Mary Wilde

Mary Wilde was a Stonewall resident who was half Sprite, half human. She was also a time wizard determined to see once and for all how people had come to Nideon, and where the different races had come from. She fell into a trance in search of this past and never woke. The night she was buried, her mother had a nightmare that Mary was alive in her grave. It frightened her so badly that she asked for her daughter to be dug up. When the coffin was opened, they found that Mary was dead, but the position of her body had been moved, and the fabric on the lid of the coffin had been torn as if someone had been clawing at it with their fingernails.
