Cyril Han is a doctor and medical researcher from Ethion. Born in 1920, Cyril lived through both the The Rift of 1920 and the The Southern Fever epidemic. Though he was too young to effectively remember these things, he saw the effect which both had on his country, his continent, and the world as a whole. This experience made him seek medical research as a profession in the hopes that he might be able to help those who were still suffering from these events as well as to help prevent such things happening in the future. Having grown up among Pelan refugees, Cyril witnessed the Pelan response to crisis and thought he could find an answer for helping people in their traditional practices. He is currently studying the Dream Sweet plant as a possible secondary cure for the Southern Fever--one that hopefully will not cause blindness.
