The Realm of Veils

There exists a layer to Nielea made out of magic, one where all spirits, elementals, ghosts, and ethereal beings exist out of sight. It can leave impressions on the world around it, but it cannot be seen without the beings of this veil making an effort to be seen. This place is known as the Realm of Veils, and it is a spiritual plane that mortals can access with some effort and a lot of magic through astral projection. And even the deities often reside on this plane when they make use of their physical forms.

Geography

The geography of the Realm of Planes is melded into Nielea's own, matching every inch of it for every change. But sometimes it has features that do not match up- such as towns, forests, or hills that do not exist on Nielea.

Fauna & Flora

All of the beings that live on the plane are made up out of pure magic, such as nature spirits, sprites, or elementals. Other types of spirits, such as vampires, souls, and poltergeists may also be found here.
