Spelt Wheat (wild and framed plant)
Spelt Wheat is a plant of the Dark Wood Forest that grow in the wild and framed mainly in spring and autumn. It is cut at the bottom or pulled out and light yellow top are later cut after harvest. The grain is in the light tops of the plant mixed with seeds for the plant. Used in a lot of different foods and in baking. It a common used grain that grows well and native to the Dark Wood Forest.

Anatomy
Small yellow plant with light yellow head which is it's flowers when fully grown.
Genetics and Reproduction
When the top of the plant turns a light yellow has a mix of seeds and grain.
Growth Rate & Stages
It takes about two months to fully grown with it best growing time is in spring. When fully grown the Spelt Wheat top turn light yellow from the main plant. After plant ready are harvest it's pulled out of the ground and roots cut off. Sometimes not all roots after take out and mind regrow. The seeds are separated from the grain and stored for later with some going out of the to find the best through mainly science.
Ecology and Habitats
The Spelt Wheat grows best in dry, warm areas in the Dark Wood Forest. It can also grow anywhere in the Dark Wood Forest for long as it's not too wet and dry where there is enough room for the plant and it's roots
Biological Cycle
Take about a week to grow out of the ground. Taken few weeks to full grow and then it tops will turn a lighter colour and with every day it lighter where you can tell. When fully ready it will stop for day or two with means it fully flowered.

Domestication
Gathered from the wild to be framed in a larger amount to be use in food. It's grown though spring and autumn where it grows easy.
Uses, Products & Exploitation
The tops are used to make flour, fakes which is used in cooking and baking making Spelt Wheat and Sugar Wheat staples of the Dark Wood Forest. With the main part of the plant not wasted.

History
It been in the Dark Wood Forest ever since before people came alone. It was framed early on make it one of the first framed plant in the area that grown there. Started to become popular over the years.
