Pluedor

The golden ocean stretched on for miles and miles on end. Deceptively smoother than the oceans but all the books swore hid far greater dangers than mere bandits. Hundreds, thousands of explorers marched their way into the desert, never to be seen again. Still even after so many years, their bodies still laid under the sand waiting for the unsuspecting to come by. And deeper yet in the sand, ruins of civilizations long risen and fallen awaited those mad enough to search for glory.
