Soporatus

A minor fanatical cult interested in the Six Rings. Founded by a few nobles and spread rapidly within the court of Dormiente. As a result, it's filled with the tendencies of nobility from it's predatory practices, interest in moving through politics, and sexual activities.
Soporatus maintains a mysterious overwhelming presence in the city, rivalling even the king.
