Every piece of exotechnology humans ever aquired was confiscated by the Deshivohai indipendant government one way or the other.

Complexity

Extremely advanced technologies still mostly incomprehensible to Humans. All attempted studies on them resulted inconclusive at best.

Discovery

The first functioning exotechnology was discovered and recovered from a wreck on Sigmund Island, in the south of the Nuwadi Ocean. They were created by the Ancients and, after their disappearance, they are kept by the Deshivohai machines, only remaining entities able to use them.
