Dunnd {English}
Miners, smiths, laburers, fancy men and travelling merchants, evry hard laburer you can find are here doing trade.Dunnd is a unique settlement because of it's history related to The War for Marlun when The Dwarven Kingdom and the Kingdom of Ravero worked together to make better weapons and armour. What came about was a demand for good smiths, something the Dwarfs could give, and good miners and labourers for the smiths, something Ravero's southern part had. The results were Dunnd, a small smithing village that over time has become a centre for ore, weapons and armour, tools and mineral trade.— Dunnd Dwarf Wallvi InnDunnd
Demographics
Dunnd was settled by Renvarens a long time before it became the town it is today. By then it was only humans from the neighbouring locations who moved to become fishermen and herders. Around 200 years later after The War for Marlun started, the Dwarven Kingdom and The United Kings Council agreed that new and strong equipment was of the highest demand for both sides. This brought several hundreds of dwarfs to Dunnd since it was close to a river and allowed for fast transportation of minerals and ore downriver to the settlement. Their offsprings eventually became the Dunnd Dwarfs that today is a fourth of the settlements population.
In 2285 the town became a trade centre for metals, ore and minerals after large veins were extracted from the Israk mountain-chain. Many people moved to the town from several places, including from northern Ravero and from the neighbouring Kingdom of Telaron.
Many in the town are tradesmen and merchants, while a sizable portion is also fishermen and farmers who work the lands outside of the town. It does not have its own count or duke, thus lacking a nobility class. Instead, the local families are the "nobility" even if they are ruled by a count from, for them, long ways away.

Government
Dunnd is controlled and owned by the Count of Remn, who has done so for several hundreds of years. But it is the Dunndir Council of Dunnd that governs the town and puts up policies and see to it that laws are being followed. While still under the Count of Remn, the town has a charter from the King of Ravero to make its own trading laws if the Count would not be acting in the best interests of the town or the country. Taxation goes though the baliffe's office in the town and to the council and lastly to the Count.
Industry & Trade
The town thrives on smithing of many different kinds and is famous for it. The Dunnd Dwarfs are skilled craftsmen like their ancestors and create the best working tools, everyday items and other small things. While this is what makes them most famous, the true work that the Dunnd Dwarfs and their human workers do is weapons and armour for the army of Ravero, and the United Army during times of conflict with Nekuram. For this work, there is a high demand for ore and minerals. These are imported from the mining villages and outposts that find iron, silver or the highly sought after Veldur, a mineral-rich with Durulir but is so rare that it is a time for celebration for Dwarfs if it is found. None of the latter has been found since the Dwarven Kingdom's collapse, but there are some who still dig deeper and deeper to find the Durulir veins or Veldur.
Infrastructure
The roads of the settlement were built after the arrival of the Dwarfs, who set the first stones outside their houses. These roads now connect to the main road between settlements. There is also a lot of watermills with old Dwarven constructed blacksmiths that works all day to create the best tools or weapons. This is also why the town stretches along the banks for quite the distance, having only two stone bridges and on the other side of these water wheels are the fishermen's territory.
Natural Resources
As the terrain of the town varies from plains to rolling hills, some have taken up animal husbandry with sheep and Heffels and farming in the perimeter of the town. With the fertile lands given from Israk and the river, the town is mostly self-sufficient on grains and wheat.
