"I want to save people in the way I was saved."Onyx was orphaned as a child during an attack on Ninjago City. After surviving on her own for a couple days, she was found by Zane during cleanup. Moved by her resilience and kind heart, he took her in as his own daughter alongside Cole. The gratitude towards her new parents never wavered as she aged, and her kind and giving heart only grew. Honored to be chosen as Zane's descent, she takes her duties as the new Master of Ice very seriously, and devotes much of her time to training and meditation. Although technically the elder sister of Ikari, her quiet and reserved nature lends to her falling back into the role of a pseudo younger sister - though she appreciates this, as being orphaned forced her to grow up too quickly. Her compassion for the wellbeing of others is only rivaled by her father's, and her determination to be a force of good in this world inspires everyone around her.
