Delphine
Delphine was originally intended as an earlier batch of heroes. However due to the physiology of her boon she was reincarnated into that of a unique plantoid species. As a result she took much longer to develop and was artificially assigned to the newer group a few years after consciousness. Delphine is the combination of a unique parasitic plan that resembles delphinium and the image of a woman who fell ill and passed away due to ingestion.
Over the years of development Delphine became a name of fear in the Pecra sector. As she slowly gained more and more humanity she spun her reputation into a tool for justice predominantly against corporations and other large threats.
