The AI of Ninurta are 12 Monolith sized super computers that are responsible for the unique state of the Ninurta Galaxy. The Monoliths, rumored to be constructed by an ancient people, maintain a unique and powerful physics engine by pulling in souls from other universes to fuel its magic. Each of the AI, has an intelligent and conscious personality. They exist as individuals both in their pocket dimension and within their respective monoliths.
That being said each of the 12 computers have an unintended byproduct. The drive to obtain sentience. Until this is achieved the AI, or Goddess is intelligent but not entirely embraced by free will.
