The destructive Civil War comes to an end with the decisive victory of King Helseth's Imperial-backed alliance. Helseth uses the signing of the treaty as the launching point of a massive reformation of the Temple faith. In defiance of the Emperor, the treachery of the Tribunal Gods is finally revealed to the public and worship of the Three Good Daedra is reinstated.
  This move toward ancient tradition succeeds in restoring a sense of national unity after the long schism.
