Home to powerful sorcerers and dark warlock's Jalpur is a city of greed and desire, the class divide here is immense the poor struggle to survive while the rich live in opulence and excess. Dark pacts and decriptions are common and it is no wonder so many warlock hail from the Jalpur, some make their pacts out of desperation other out of lust for power, amongst other things.

Thieves run rampant and law on the street barely exists, murder and violence go unpunished, the weak grovel and the strong prevail, slaves are common and so are the many many vices that plague the world. Most people who leave the Jalpur do so either to escape or to attain more power, or often both.
