city of warriors and champions, where men and women travel from the world over to fight in the great arena for wealth and glory. Life in the city is good, due to the wealth generated by the arena most citizens enjoy a good life, however the law here is strict and failure to follow the councils edicts result in you being sentence to five years in the arena, few survive but if you do, when released you are granted your winnings and your past life is forgotten.
