Aelargo

The Kingdom of Aelargo was established at the creation of Niya-Yur by Empress Gwenna Duianna and Duke. Empress Gwenna Duianna ordered that Aelargo would be ruled jointly by the Duianna Empire heirs. When the heirs are too young to rule three members of the Duianna Imperial Regents govern the kingdom and train the imperial heirs on matters of politics, government, and all manner of other topics.
Duke took great interest in the Kingdom and personally oversaw its construction, preparations, and personally built many parts of the capital city of Llino. Llino is unique amongst the ancient cities of Niya-Yur in its design being built to Duke's detailed specifications. Many historians speculate to some of Duke's requirements being specifically to protect the imperial heirs. Duke has refused all attempts to explain the design and originally made Llino his permanent home. However, a climate shift that altered the kingdom from its temperate origins to tropical made Duke dissatisfied with the heat and he moved into the far north for a "proper set of seasons." Duke's original estate was moved with the exception of a single statue to his new lands in the north. The remaining property was converted into a market area that is now the home of the Night Market.
