Alexander Gray
Alexander Shirley Gray (a.k.a. The Hand)
Alexander "The Hand" Gray is a Boss in The Black Hand Thieves Guild. A rather non-de-script middle aged man, who has a dangerous reputation for making people dispensary that cross him.
He currently leads the Twin Sun chapter of the Black Hand, and has his hands in everything from smuggling, to prostitution to robbery.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
While Gray seems to have the normal physique of a man his age, he is surprisingly tough and strong. He wears clothing that hides his build, but his years as a Black Hand Enforcer has toughened him up.
Identifying Characteristics
Gray's body is riddled with scars from his life as a Black Hand enforcer. Most of them are covered up, but he he has one behind his ear, and he is also missing a pinkie on his left hand.
Apparel & Accessories
Gray dresses in rich clothing though he doesn't wear it well. He always look either a bit uncomfortable, or too casual. Even though the clothes are of good quality they are also often worn and dirty.

Personal history
Gray's history is a mystery. He has been with the Guild for at least ten years and has worked his way up from a simple Soldier to one of the main leaders of the guild.
Education
Gray appears to have had some type of formal education as he is well spoken and recognized academic terms. He is literate and skilled at the logistics of running a fairly large organization. He understand mathematics and business all point to a formal education. Where he went to learn though is unknown.
Employment
Gray works as a Boss in the Black Hand thieves guild. He oversees Twin Suns and has for the last 5 years. He has kept the guild safe while the city was under intense scrutiny from the Vemoraxx.
Morality & Philosophy
Gray has no morals to speak of. He will gladly betray other for the good of himself and the guild. While he does seem to have strong feeling of loyalty for the guild, it is unknown if there is a line that he will not cross for personal gain.
