Lady Neslariel Elarie

Nesiariel is the wife of the Ellasti King.  This does not give her any political power in the city.  She is not considered the Queen.  While she is not an official advisor many know that Sinhion often listen to her her advice.  
Neslariel is a well spoken and kind elf, who like to see compromise where ever she can.  She was born into House Aelyn, and learned to become a scribe, recording histories.  

While generally regarded as a calm and caring Elf, she is know to have a temper when it comes to her family.
