The Grimes

The Grimes or a grime is a term used to describe someone who themselves or their ancestors never was affected by the curse vaccine's side effect and don't have any deaf genes in their family. The term is most often used in a derogatory sense and implies that somebody is dirty or not pure. The idea of grimes not being completely clean originates from the rumour that they never had the curse vaccine and therefore still carries the virus.
