Cattar Alteria D’elistarnina V, emperor of Argania, 24th emperor of the D’elistarnina dynasty. Eldest son of Emperor Destria Alteria D’elistarnina and and Empress Ninian Galetia of Ananiad. Brother to Duke Mettar D’elistarnina.
His Empire encompass most of southern Argan and lineage can be traced from the first human kings from the 1st century AGR.
An aging king bent on leaving his legacy to his only son, Crown prince Gunther to be the next ruler of the great empire and campaigns to add Molokkai to his vast domain.
The emperor was an accomplished military leader and fighter, a shrewd politician and formidable strategist and in-fact, proud of not employing dedicated military battle planner and strategists during his reign and drafted all war strategies himself, Though some suspect that he's aided by the empress who is also an expert strategist and forecaster. It was rumored that the Empress has the power of a seer.
During his reign, no territory was lost and all areas conquered from the Molokkians are still held as settled in.
In 2619 AGR, He came up on a plan to expand the northern border, the last greened area before the wastelands (badlands) of Molokkai. Called the Mirkwood campaigns. a series of incursions that took clever planning and execution and involved assassinating Key Molokian leaders and massive troop movement. The day that forever pushed Arganian borders closer to the frozen north.
Early life: Education:
Personal Life: When Cattar took over the throne from his father, the late Emperor Destria, he was offered the hand of the Princess Remidia of Mandalah for political purposes and soon had 2 children, Pricess Grunella and Prince Gunther. The political marriage worked out well as the imperial couple had good chemistry and never had trouble falling for each other.
Unfortunately, the Empress Remidia had fragile health and died while the imperial prince and princess were in their early teens. Cattar took it hard but soon was pressured to re-marry and eventually took a bride from the mysterious Al'tarzal region named Queen Demetrina Xasos. It took several months before the marriage were consummated though but eventually produced another imperial prince, Ephir Xasos D’elistarnina
