Crystal Shards
Members of the Crystal Shards are easily identified by their dark attire and eccentric style and behavior. Most of them travel in small groups and are solely hired for special missions or as a last ditch effort to turn the tide of a particular conflict. Many of them sport a variety of magical abilities. On the battlefield they can be an absolutely devastating force capable of decimating entire groups of enemies. Yet many of them are considered crazy and unpredictable. Once unleashed on the battlefield they can as easly turn against you as against your foes.
