You and up to eight willing creatures who link hands in a circle are transported to one of the sets of wizard spires of Norrath. You must specify which set of spires you will teleport to as part of the verbal component of the spell. You can use this spell to transport an unwilling creature to a set of spires. Choose a creature within your reach and make a melee spell attack against it. On a hit, the creature must make a Charisma saving throw. If the creature fails this save, it is transported to the set of spires you specify.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can transport up to 2 additional willing creatures for each slot level above 5th.
