Boagreus of Thane

Boagreus a natural werewolf and powerful magus is a leader of the lycan militia. The lycans are not allowed a formal military under the rulings of King Gavreel and his prejudice politics. However, they have unflinchingly forwarded their forces under the Rothynia flags to aid in the war against Cheliax's invading armies.
Growing up, like most lycan in the Thanelands, he was raised on ideas of honor and community. Legends of his people who furthered the lives of all lycan through diplomacy and proving themselves better than the horror stories given to their kind. Boagreus was a normal pup in his pack until he was taken by drow elves on a surface raid. They captured him for slavery, and he was in service to House Tekon'tui, a house unusual in the drow societies as they elevate their males who show magical inclinations. As a slave and bodyguard to their house Archmage Boagreus began to learn some tricks after 10 years, and then took a relic of his captors' which gave him true direction to the surface. He planned and then escaped, making it back to his pack after a month of trekking the underdark. Upon making it to the Thanelands he didnt return to his pack but to Stolyngrad.. to Aurokumiara the prestigious arcane school. Their he learned to meld his lycan savagery with enhancing dweomers.
A fully realized magus he returned to his people to help them further their understanding of magic. In this war he has made it as far south as Riddleport, but with the turning of the tide now that Gog'droroth an Arch Duke of Hell has been slain, the devils and heretics have lost their momentum and are losing ground fast. Boagreus looks forward to return home to the cold tundra and mountains of his homeland.
