Charlydrifell Townsynd, A.K.A "Charlie"

Consecuted drow noble of Den Thelyss, he retains his surname Townsynd by choice. He is a former military operative and intelligence officer. After serving The Lens for just over a century Charlie retired and started working privately for reasons unknown to the Dynasty leadership, and as such have done what they can to keep a close eye on his operations. Though with his knowledge and expertise he has so far successfully kept most of his true motivations and resources from unwanted eyes.
On the surface he appears to be a wealthy noble with minor political interests and a single confidante, Bauslee Chrotaline, a ravenite who fled Draconia after the fall of Umbrasyl the ancient black dragon during the catastrophic Chroma Conclave uprising. Charlie has mostly removed himself from the workings of Den Thelyss letting the bright, young and ambitious Essek to keep the other Den’s eyes away from him.
Privately, Charlie has used proxy agents to carry out work that he uncovers or is brought to him through clandestine channels. He seeks unaffiliated and talented individuals to carry out his missions, mostly he uses a person for short amounts of time before cutting them loose. However, in recent years he has begun looking for a more dedicated team finding a cohesive unit will be far more capable than individuals, even if there is a greater risk to his efforts.
