Davian Brassel

A profane bloodhunter of Vecna from the greying wildlands, this middle aged man spent most of his life surrounded by death. At first he saw his sister killed, his abusive father took his anger out on him and his mother, until his mother had enough and brained his father with a hammer in front of him by the time he was 15.
Davian looked for meaning in his life with all this death, unable to cope with himself and his mother's own psychosis, his tormented mind eventually led him to kill her in her sleep snuffing her life out and he dumped her body in the river beyond the reach of town. It was hear as he watched his mother's body float away...and reflected on the...exhilaration he felt when her hands finally went limp. He looked at his own hands trembling with adrenaline.
It was from this moment that Davian had sought that feeling. And find it he did. Killing anything he could and get away with it. As he continued to kill he felt a drive to head north to the Flotket Alps and there he found a book that should have been burned. A book of scripture of Vecna. And ever since he has been dedicated to the betrayer god. Seeking others who may share the passion for the Undying King.
