His nickname doesn't stem from his lack of facial hair or hardened cheekbones but from his lack of battlescars on his face besides the scar along his right eye, which wasn't really a battle scar at all but a brand marking him as a "seadevil" a body guard service to the rich merchants that were able to pay the steep price of protection from pirates on the high seas he is the quartermaster of the largest ship in the ten boat fleet and since joining the Seadevils he had yet to lose a single sea battle always the first to board a pirate ship and always the last to leave it before it was skuttled ... He had yet to be bested in a sword fight and his captain paid him handsomely for the simple fact of fear the orc brought about to the name of the Seadevils
