Sej

Sej, a sometimes stoic but always supportive Maverick, had struggle when an ancient evil called him into the darkest corners of his own soul. After Sej lost the battle he was a victim of a bloodthirsty tyrant. His next clear memory was being grappled by his comrades and a searing pain running across face, his mind wracked with the heinous scream of the man who controlled him so completely. His sister back in sight again is a relief, almost three years having not seen his closest confidant was harder than maybe he would even have admitted to himself. The next several days were spent, as he had roaming the landscape with friends, but more importantly nights spent speaking with his sister. during the day they would find moments to share other small stories. This welcome change of pace was only hampered by a constant itch, like a splinter in his mind. he wanted to scratch that itch but knew how much it would hurt. As much as he knew that this mask of hate needed to be destroyed as much as he didn't want to leave those closest to him he started to see the wisdom in his sister's words. He was fighting for the approval of an absent father. he nearly died trying to satisfy those that cared nothing for him. Edossa left the clan for him and he knew he could leave the clan for her. They needed each other and that's what mattered. It was a painful goodbye, but when Sej embrace the idea to let go of the failure that haunted him, it was a crisp breath of fresh air. Suddenly he was able to stand a bit straighter and shoulders back. He was Sej, hunter and mage, a Maverick of Fate, slayer of the white dragon Logrivich, he would be the next great arcane archer! The siblings would stick together for years to come, Sej bringing himself to new purpose and making great allies with the wood elves. He and Edossa would make the woods their new home and become as much apart of it as the roots themselves. Stories would be told of the deadly cats protecting the goodly realm.
