Evangeline Talbot, Malkavian Primogen

A surprisingly soft spoken creature, Evangeline whispers her words to sow discord and uncertainty throughout the enemies of the Camarilla. Known for managing to force whole city factions to turn on each other and credited with the collapse of the Anarch baronies in Iceland, while she works primarily in the shadows using her voice, she also has a fondness for subterfuge, and can strike fast and with great violence when necessary.

Originally from San Francisco, Evangeline was recommended for the Sigma Tower after her work disrupting the LA Anarchs, and rekindled her old relationship with the Lasombra Primogen to cement her in with the group. Seeing her skills and appreciating her tactical choices, the Prince did not hesitate to elevate her to Primogen.
