Jules Cross, Nosferatu Primogen

Despite being said to be born in London in the 1840's at the onset of the Victorian period, outside of her cockney accent, little of the heritage of Jules Cross' birthplace remains. A goth-mystic and a fashionable product of the mid-1990's paganism and punk boom, Jules rose to prominence in recent years as a clever, ruthless, and unpredictable Nosferatu, who, despite the changes her clan blood wrought on her appearance, displays herself proudly, using her terrifying visage to bend and subjugate those around her through fear.
Jules is slight in frame but is quick with her mind and her body. Prone to subterfuge, manipulation, and the use of blood magic to make elaborate (and downright horrifying) traps for her enemies, despite her clan and tendency to risk the Masquerade, Jules is a trusted member of the Ivory Tower, and was the first of the Kindred to be picked to serve as Primogen in Sigma City by the Prince.
