Captain Barnabas Marsh
A retired member of the Seiros navy who was recruited to serve as the Avalonian Research Commission's ferryman and supplier. he and his crew maintain a low profile by living their day to day lives as a simple fishing crew operating out of the port town of Innsmouth.
The party met Captain Marsh via referral by Theodoric in order to obtain passage to and from the Commission's base of operations.
