Cormaq Eagleshield: Patriarch 82 years. The old Eagleshield lord is charitably described as "feisty" - most who know him well know he's just plain mean. Fond of demeaning language, harsh criticisms, and a whipcrack tongue, Cormaq has long ruled his House out of fear.
Nuthos Eagleshield: Heir 27 years. A tack-maker and leather worker who largely grew up in Amphail, Nuthos' father was Cormaq's only surviving heir when he was killed by a spellbattle gone awry in the small village between a druid and a pair of Malarite hunters. Shortly thereafter, he found himself hustled home to Waterdeep, but when he did so, he brought with him a surprise: his consort, Glenn and their daughter Arundel.
Glenn Eagleshield: Nuthos' Consort 30 years. Nuthos' consort is a redbearded Illuskan-blooded Northerner who has never lived in the big city before. When he and Nuthos met, it was shortly after Glenn's wife died of plague. Since coming to Waterdeep, Glenn held his tongue for as long as he could against old man Cormaq's nastiness, until he noticed his daughter Arundel watching the effect the old man's words had on his husband, all the while their daughter watched. The big man rose from the table, carried his daughter up to bed, and then came back downstairs to tell the old man exactly what he thought of him, in all his country roughness. From that day forward, Glenn is clearly the only person Cormaq respects, to the confusion of his kin.
Arundel Eagleshield: Nuthos' firstborn daughter 3 years. Arundel is a sweet-natured little girl who has ridden on horseback since before she knew how to walk, and loves her doting papas.
