Jelvus Grinch

Jelvus Grinch was a merchant from Neverwinter, He was selling goods in Waterdeep when the eruption in Mount Hotenow occurred, he returned immediately, putting his gold and muscle to work helping the city. He was recognized among the survivors as a leader, many refereed to him as “The First Citizen of Neverwinter”. When Dagult came, he realized that he was an important figure, he recognized his accomplishments and made him new Neverwinter’s Sheriff, reporting to General Sabine. He is a tall human, around 5’10, well built, black hair tied into a bun at the back, a short beard covering most of his mouth, wearing brown leathers and a black cloak pinned by a silver broach.
