Right now, Neverwinter is defended by two secondhand caravel troop ships, four old ex-Waterdhavian (purchased) fast coastal rakers, one of which mainly serves as spare parts for the other three, and one mercenary Ruathym ship (the hired 'outlander' naval vessels have been eased out of service, with handsome payoffs and thanks, as the rakers, crewed by citizens of Neverwinter, were eased into service).
