House Lyrandar is a primarily half-elven dragonmarked house operating throughout Khorvaire with its enclave located on Stormhaven, an island city-state just south of Port Briste. House Lyrandar possesses the Mark of Storm. This mark grants various magical benefits that allow its bearers to control winds and waves, and most airships (designed by House Cannith) are crafted to only allow access to the steering, power, and navigational tools to a bearer of the Mark of Storm.
