Rust

The city of Rust is a jungle city of 905,000 inhabitants on the eastern border of Alduine. It is regarded as the second capital of the kingdom since it was so important in the Last War. The city is home to countless refugees from the failed Triumvirate, many of whom have started their own community in the poorer districts. There is little tension between the refugees and the natives as Alduine and the Triumvirate were staunch allies before the Mourning. Rust is home to a single sprawling university specializing in defensive magic, forestry, and of course warfare.
