Hephaestus Docks

A consistent boon to the city are their docks. Hephaestus serves as a gateway to commercial shipping and has been a fixture of the city since its earliest years. Part of the docks has also served as a military resupply base over the years, but exact details of what the part is used for has always been kept classified with few sightings of any actual navy vessels.
