Guide to Miner Profession
The Miners produce profession crates using raw mined resources like stone, ore, and gems, as well as refined resources like metal bars. The Resource Mines are auto-generators that produce mined materials when staffed with a Miner thrall and fueled with Tin Coins. Every tier of Resource Mine can make every profession crate, but the T1 Resource Mine takes twice the time to produce them. Each higher tier Resource Mine produces all the resources of the lower tiers plus adds new resources. The Guild Vendor sells Miners a huge pet gorilla, Gro'gon, as well as utility cosmetics for the pet and an Enhanced Kronyxium Pick, which produces 3 more units per swing than the Kronyxium Pick and gives +15 Survival.

Attacks: Frontal AoE swipe with Sunder. Frontal AoE ground smash.
Pros: Keeps up Sunder reliably. Has 30 inventory slots, its Backpack adds 30 more and its Helmet adds a light source.
Cons: Low single-target damage, slightly better AoE.
T1 Payment = 30-90 TC & 0-2GC
T2 Payment = 60-140 & 1-4GC
T3 Payment = 100-200 & 3-6GC
T4 Payment = 250-600 & 6-10GC
Each profession includes stations that generate resources for that profession automatically.
None of these are self-sustaining, they do not produce enough resources to make packs to pay for their operation, so they are more effective to supplement profession resource farming or to generate resources for use outside of the profession.

There are 9 different tiers of profession crates (T1-9 crates). When a profession crate is turned in to a Market Trader in Flotsam, Sepermeru, or at a personal Market Trader, the player receives one or more profession payments as shown below. These payments can be used in the inventory and will yield Tin Coins (TC) and, in T2-4 crates, Guild Tokens (GT). There are 4 tiers of payment (T1-4 P) as described below.
