Vanilla Chapter 10:
Find a Legendary weapon: There are legendary weapons scattered across the Exiled Lands, hidden in locked chests guarded by ferocious creatures. Find yourself one.
Destroy whatever dwells at the heart of the Volcano: Find and destroy the creature that dwells at the heart of the volcano.
Obtain an Obsidian Weapon: Learn to craft Obsidian weapons in the volcano, or find an obsidian weapon and equip it.
Create a Master Workstation: Learn a master crafting station from the feat page and then craft one to be placed in the world.
Summon the Avatar of a God: Craft a True Name token at a tier 3 altar and summon the avatar of your god. Just don’t do it in your house.
Explore the entire Exiled Lands: Explore your map to find every point of interest in the Exiled Lands.
Equip an Epic Armor Set: Craft an Epic Armor set and equip it. Epic armors can be found in the armor tab on the feats page.
Survive the heat of the volcano: Visit the hottest area of the Exiled Lands while maintaining a normal body temperature. You will need to combine food effects, special clothing and armor to achieve this.
Defeat the Mummy of the Ring: When you placed the artefacts in the vessel, the Servant of the Ring was summoned to take them. You must defeat it! The confrontation with the Mummy of the Ring has never been implemented as the hint describes it. However, if Purge is enabled in your game (online or single player), the Mummy of the Ring will appear as the final boss of an Undead Purge. Defeating him will mark off this journey step.
Escape the Exiled Lands: Use the keystone to remove the bracelet and escape the Exiled Lands. Be aware that this will delete your character and end the game.

IT IS... Kronyxium!: Craft a Kronyxium Bar.
WE ARE DOOMED!: Craft a Plague Furnace.
From the Abyss: Buy Onyx from the Legendary Resource Mine.
My Life for Calamity!: Buy something with Loyalty/Honor Tokens at the Loyalty/Honor Vendor.
Death to the Living: Craft an Elarikan Plague Mine.
You Maniac!: Craft an Elarikan Plague Barrel.
Let Them Come!: Craft any of the new T4 building pieces, like Marble, Slate, Kronyx, Anthracite and/or Granite pieces. These can be found in the Construction Platform.
My Life to the Cause: Craft a faction elite weapon.
Legendary Grade Resources: Get special resources from the Legendary Resource Mine.
That was only a cub..?: Kill a Devil Bear Cub. These bears are roaming the dark forest.
The Right Hand Lieutenant: Defeat Kurokumo. This is one of the boss bears under Scargath, he roams the frozen valley.
Psychotic Behemoth: Defeat Akuma. This is one of the boss bears under Scargath, he is said to lurk just north of the dark forest.
The Mountain Devil: Defeat the Spawn of Scargath. He is said to be somewhere in the dark forest.
End of the Blood Reign: Defeat Gathon Bloodfist.
The Vanghoul Warlord: Defeat Nekada Bloodfist.
Damn Vanghouls!: Defeat a Vanghoul in combat.
Blood & Glory Awaits Us!: Craft a piece of Mythical Tier Faction Armor
The Warfront Ruins: Go to the old Stormhold Warfront. It's located in the southern part of the Unnamed City.
A Message from the General: Get a letter from General Nathan Galeran.
Corruption Runs Deep!: Craft a Plague building piece.
The Celestial: Defeat Malagan.
The Ethereal: Defeat Ashira.
Harbinger of Souls: Defeat Rayth, the Harbinger of Souls.
Wicked Web: Defeat the Scourge Spider.
Slithering Demon: Defeat the Scourge Snake.
Tortured Beast: Defeat the Scourge Rhino.
Not A Stone Statue!: Defeat the Scourge Gargoyle.
Possessed Creature: Defeat the Scourge Mammoth.
Lucky Charm: Defeat a Scourge Rabbit.
The Vengeful: Defeat Keldora.
The Black Reptile: Defeat the Scourge Crocodile.
The Wingless Darkness: Defeat the Scourge Dragon.
