Dragonsteel

Dragonsteel is smelted from a combination of several metals - Gold, Iron and Mithral. The metals must be smelted in a specially constructed forge called a Dragon Forge. The metals are melted down in the breath of a Dragon and then during the forging of that weapon, tempered in that Dragon's blood. In order to create this material and forge a weapon from it require the Dragon to be a willing participant. If the armor normally imposes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks or has a Strength requirement, the Dragonsteel version of the armor doesn't.
