Lady Bloom

Lady Bloom is a member of the Mistsworn Council and one of the rulers of Voss. Her appearance is incredibly decieving as she has the appearance of a girl about the age of 10 with flowers intriquitely woven into her hair and clothing, (but upon closer inspection the flowers are actually growing out of her), often causing her opponents to under estimate her leading to thier swift demise. She is a master of weather magic and elemental wildshape with the ability to wildshape into elemental forms that the most accomplished of druids can only dream of. She is the most often seen of the four coucil members and often easy to find when she wants to be as she exudes an aura that cause flowers to grow and bloom in her wake.
