Portside is Ammand's poorest Neighborhood. The district grew from a refugee camp formed during the Lionfall that slowly turned into a semi-official part of the city. The district is mostly self governed and was rarely patrolled by the city security forces prior to the apointment of Edward Thunder as its Regal.
