Caeris' South Harbor

The South Harbor of Caeris was the beating heart of trade in the city. The large port supported most of the trade coming into and out of the of the city by sea. The harbor was controlled by several laborers unions, all unified under the Labourers of Caeris party, who controled most of the taxation and tariffs of the docks.
