Cardinal, Andorian Church

Cardinals are muncipal leaders of the Andorian Church that are similar in rank to bishops, but serving more political roles. While bishops dictate laws and rules of the church, cardinals act as advisors and aids for leaders. They oversee the beurocratic aspects of the church in the region and its cooperation with the Inquisition. Cardinals titles are usualy tied to muncipal titles, such as cities, duchies and kingdoms. The 36 most prominent of Cardinals by popular vote are also members of the Assembly of Cardinals, which oversees all of the cardinals operations across the continent.
