Halanhar

Halanhar, also known as 'Crystalmoons', is the capital of the Kingdom of Halanhar. The city serves both as the sit of power for the Kingdom and as the center of its High Elven culture.

Demographics

Halanhar is predomently elven, with the vast majority of its population belonging to the Moon Elf sub-race. A select few members of other races call the city home, and most foriegners serve in political roles of ambasadors or as officialy established traders.

History

Halanhar is ancient even by elven standards. The city was already an established settlement during the Mytharan Empire period, which ended in 9,500 BC. The city has changed very few hands during its existance, and was held by Clan Telnarthor, which also controls the kingdom, since the Selgok period.

Points of interest

Halanar's is known far and wide for its unique lake system featuring sprawling canals. The Towers of The Moons, the city's governing and cultural center, is considered to be one of the most magicaly tuned locations in the continent.
