Hell
Geography
The few who dared venture into hell and manged to return speak of a plane of endless flames, dense plumes smoke and of horrible grotesque landscape consisting of a terrifying mixture organic and inorganic material woven together. The exact size of the plane is unknown, but appears to be infinite. Overall, the geographic features of the plane seem to be intentionally inducing fear and disgust in Mortals.
Climate
The atmosphere of Hell is also described as "thick" and uncomfortably humid. The air is filled with sounds terrified screams and painful moans. If this is due to souls actually being tortured or due to the disturbing composition landscape itself, is unknown.
Fauna & Flora
Hell is home to plenty of endemic plants and creatures, most of whom are predatory in nature. While extremely dangerous if handled incorrectly, some of Hell's plants are known to be powerful components for spells, rituals and various other fields of research. The acquisition of such components is the most common subject of deals between mortals and devils.
Natural Resources
Hell is almost completely devoid of natural resources that can benefit mortals of the Prime Material Realm, as pieces of the plane must be heavily contained due to severe risks of exposure and corruption. Prolonged exposure to hellish materials is proven to positively affect critical thinking, but also encourage a complete lack of morals. Subjects that have been exposed to hellish materials have gone forth to commit all sorts of villainous acts, such as kidnappings, rapes and murders. Those acts are often so disturbing and so extreme when compared to other similar cases of violent crimes, that many nations put a strict ban or at least heavy regulations on dealings with hellish materials in any form or kind.
