High Magi Assembly

The High Magi Assembly is a collection of representatives of all the various council's of the Conclave of Magi. The assembly serves as a high court of justice in magical affairs that affect the lives of nearly all the magical folk on Edora. The assembly is also in charge of the appointment of new Arch-Mage, or the removal of such.
