The Blackened Legions

The Blackened Legions are a mass army of dwarves gathered from all Dwarven cultures and society. The Blackened Legion gathers only in cases of extreme danger to the Amadel Mountains and while it is declared no internal wars or conflicts may be fought within or between any of the dwarven teigs and kingdoms until its disbandment. The declaration of a black legion can be requested only by a Kai, and only under dire cicumstances. It can also be aproved, or disbanded, only by the Longbeards.
